Derby County will face West Bromwich Albion or Sheffield United at Pride Park Stadium in Round Two of the 2022/23 Carabao Cup.
The draw for Round Two took place on Wednesday evening and handed the Rams a home tie against the winners of the all-Championship clash which takes place on Thursday night.
Derby progressed past the First Round hurdle following a 2-1 victory at League Two side Mansfield Town on Tuesday evening.
The 13 Premier League clubs not competing in European competitions have now entered the Carabao Cup, alongside Burnley and Watford from the Sky Bet Championship. The Carabao Cup remains regionalised in the early rounds with the draw split into a southern and northern section until Round Three.
All Round Two ties will take place in the week commencing 22nd August and a confirmed match date and ticket pricing will be confirmed as soon as possible.
