Interim Manager Liam Rosenior
has some selection issues following Derby’s impressive showing in the 1-0
victory over Championship side West Bromwich Albion at Pride Park Stadium on Tuesday.
Goalscorer Louie Sibley is knocking on the door to start while there were
several other positive showings to give Rosenior food for thought when it comes
to naming his side.
Captain Curtis Davies remains out of action after injuring his quad muscle in training earlier this month. The 37-year-old centre-back has missed the side's last four matches as a result and is working with Derby's medical team in order to return to fitness.
Central defender James Chester is making good progress after missing all of Derby's matches so far this season due to an achilles issue. The defender featured twice during pre-season following his arrival from Stoke City in July but is yet to make a competitive appearance for the Rams.
Goalkeeper Joseph Anang, who joined the club from West Ham United on a season-long loan deal earlier this month, picked up an arm injury in training last week and is set to miss the next six weeks.
Winger Nathaniel Mendez-Laing missed the midweek Carabao Cup meeting against West Bromwich Albion owing to personal reasons and could return to the squad.

Interim Manager Liam Rosenior sat down with RamsTV
in the lead-up to Saturday's game and he wants his side to keep their strong home form going after picking up two league wins from their opening two matches on home turf in League One.
He said: "This is a massive and huge test for us. It will be another great benchmark and they’ve started the season really well. I know Grant McCann well as we were in digs together as young players at West Ham United. It is great to see him doing so well in his managerial career and we know they have real attacking qualities. We know about Jack Marriott and his qualities, Jonson Clarke-Harris is a very good player at this level and Joe Ward is someone I know from my time at Brighton too. We know their strengths and I am sure they will know ours too. It will be a difficult game and ultimately it will be about who performs best on the day. If we perform to the same level that we have been, it will give us a real good chance of winning the game and we must be confident going into it. You shouldn’t go into any football match with fear, you should go out looking to enjoy what you are doing and be on the front foot and aggressive."

On-loan Everton forward Lewis Dobbin caught up with RamsTV ahead of Saturday's League One fixture to offer his assessment on Derby's start to the 2022/23 season and the early stages of his loan spell from the Toffees.
He said: "We’re not given any set goals; we’re just told to show what we’re capable of and earn a spot when you go back to Everton. That’s the aim and I just want to improve, learn and gain experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of lads here. They’ve made me feel so welcome and there’s a real family feel to it, so I’m already comfortable and ready to win games. It’s been a bit of a surprise how quickly I’ve felt part of the squad and that’s really good."

Madden is in his first season in English football after making the switch from Scotland.
He will be assisted by Kevin Morris and Lee Freeman on the lines, whilst Steve Durnall has been appointed as the fourth official.

The package covers all 23 of Derby’s home League One fixtures, starting this weekend, but subscribers will only pay for 22 editions meaning this is the cheapest way of staying up to date with your beloved club if you can’t make every game.
The treasured issues will be produced to a schedule that allows for a first-class mail out on the Friday before a weekend fixture, with midweek editions despatched on the day of the game, but this is not a pre-event delivery service.
The price to reserve this collection of memorabilia is £115, including post and packaging, or you can spread the cost by signing up to a half-season subscription for £64 until 2023 for the first 12 games.
Subscriptions do not include any additional domestic cup or play-off matches, which must be purchased separately.

Domestic Streaming
Saturday’s match is NOT available for live domestic streaming under the EFL’s streaming rights.
The domestic market comprises United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.
International Streaming
All League One matches may be streamed outside of the domestic market irrespective of whether they have been selected for broadcast.
This means that they will be available both on a Match-by-Match basis and for monthly subscribers.
