Derby County midfielder Louie Sibley has been nominated for the PFA Vertu Motors Fans’ Player of the Month award for November.

Sibley earned himself a nomination after playing his part in the Rams' unbeaten November in Sky Bet League One - playing 90 minutes in each of the three games against Morecambe (1-1), MK Dons (3-1) and Portsmouth (0-0).

His biggest contribution from the league fixtures saw him score a vital equaliser at the beginning of the month as Derby came from behind to secure a 1-1 draw away at Morecambe.

The midfielder was of course involved in the Rams' other four fixtures in the month - including playing 90 minutes in the 0-0 draw away at Liverpool in Round Three of the Carabao Cup and scoring and assisting in the 2-1 victory over Newport County in the Second Round of the Emirates FA Cup. He also featured in the First Round and First Round replay outings against Torquay United.

Sibley has been nominated for this award alongside Barnsley midfielder Adam Phillips, Sheffield Wednesday duo Mark McGuinness and David Stockdale, Oxford United midfielder Billy Bodin and Lincoln City's Max Sanders as the PFA Vertu Motors Fans’ Player of the Month awards continue to celebrate the English game's very best on and off the football pitch.
