McGoldrick Nominated For PFA Vertu Motors Fans' Player Of The Month Award

Derby County striker David McGoldrick has been nominated for the PFA Vertu Motors Fans' Player Of The Month Award for February.

McGoldrick has earned himself a nomination after playing a huge part on the pitch for the Rams over the course of the month.

Derby's number 10 started all six fixtures throughout February and found the net six times, including a hat-trick in the 5-0 mauling of Morecambe at Pride Park Stadium.

He also notched three assists as well as winning the penalty that James Collins dispatched in the win over the Shrimps.

McGoldrick has been nominated for the award alongside Jordan Williams of Barnsley, Bolton Wanderers forward Dion Charles, Fleetwood Town's Shaun Rooney, Josh Windass of Sheffield Wednesday and Wycombe Wanderers midfielder Lewis Wing.
