Derby County’s new home kit for the upcoming 2023/24 season has today been revealed.

The kit, again designed and produced by Umbro, will be proudly worn by the Men’s First Team for the first time at the side’s opening pre-season friendly ahead of the 2023/24 season against Matlock Town on Saturday 8th July (3pm kick-off).

Umbro's design team has taken inspiration from the club’s popular home kit between 1991 and 1993, which they also produced, for a carefully balanced combination of both a retro and modern look for the new season.

The 2023/24 home kit is predominantly white with a ‘stacked diamond feature’ woven into the front-facing design with white sleeves, together with flashes of black and red on the collar and shoulders.

The shirt is complemented by black shorts and white socks which also feature a flash of black and red.

The goalkeeper’s home kit is bright yellow linked with a black stripe and a darker shade of yellow on the shoulders, shorts and socks.

The nape of the shirts features the wording ‘Derby County’, and on the front of the Men’s First Team kit will be the logo of the Rams’ recently announced principal sponsor HOST & STAY.

It is expected that supporters will be able to pre-order the replica home kit online later this month before it is delivered to the club’s retail partner, Fanatics, and subsequently made available in-store.

The club will endeavour to provide further updates, including dates for the launch and delivery of the away and third kits and training wear, and appreciates supporters’ patience and understanding while efforts continue to ensure the replica kits arrive as soon as possible.
