Visit dcfc.co.uk and click ‘TICKETS’ then, under the ‘TICKETS’ section, click ‘AWAY TICKETS’.
Use your Fan ID and password to log into the system. If there’s an issue, click the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page. If the issue persists, email[email protected].
Phone (Subject to £1 per ticket Booking Fee)
Call 0871 472 1884 * between 10am-4pm on Monday-Saturday and select Option 1. Ensure your contact details are readily available including Fan ID, Full Name, Full Address and Date of Birth.
Tickets can either be posted up to 72 hours before matchday and are subject to £2 per Transaction Postage Fee or can collected from the Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, which is open 10am-4pm from Monday to Saturday.

In Person (No Booking Fee)
The Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, is open from 10am-4pm between Monday and Saturday and at least THREE hours before kick-off and up to half-time on home matchdays.
Disabled Supporters
There are TEN pairs of Wheelchair Disabled and Personal Assistant tickets available, while Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation. Wheelchair supporters’ prices are dependent on age and Personal Assistants are admitted free of charge.

Booking Fees
A £1 per ticket booking fee will be payable for all tickets purchased online and over the telephone, while a £2 per transaction postage fee will be payable for tickets to be posted.
Allocation
An initial allocation of 1,484 tickets has been made available for Rams fans.
Collections
Collections are not available from away stadiums. Collections are only available from the Derby County Ticket Office, 48 hours after purchase.
Concessions
Proof of age may be required on entry for any concessionary tickets.
