Derby County Football Club are pleased to confirm that the hospitality suite in the South-West Corner of Pride Park Stadium, formerly known as the Pedigree Suite, will be known as the Baseball Lounge moving forwards.

The new name pays testament to the former home of the Rams, where the football club was based for over 100 years from 1895-1997.

The entrance to the suite will showcase some of the Rams’ best moments from the Baseball Ground, with the room itself remaining host to McFarland’s Bar – named after Rams’ legend and Club Ambassador Roy McFarland.

Other new aspects of the room’s décor draw inspiration from the new ‘Identity’ palette - six colours chosen to represent the various eras and achievements of the club.

In particular, the highlight colour of ‘Victory Blue’ will be used throughout the suite’s branding to recognise the numerous achievements of the 1970s - with many of these taking place at the iconic Baseball Ground.

As the largest suite in the stadium, the room offers some of the best views of the Pride Park pitch and is fully flexible to a number of events with the ability to offer back projection and large screen facilities. There’s a private entrance with full disabled access and a drinks reception area on the ground floor, with space for a maximum of 350 guests.

More details on the Baseball Lounge and the club’s other hospitality suites can be found here.

Fans will get the opportunity to see the updated suite at Fans’ Forum event, which will be shared post-event through RamsTV.
