Take Part In The 2023/24 EFL Supporters Survey

The new EFL Supporters Survey 2023/24 is now open and it’s your opportunity to provide feedback on all things EFL.

We want to hear from supporters of all 72 EFL clubs about your experiences of following your team, how you watch and consume league and cup football, news and information, and also get your thoughts on media and broadcasting, financial sustainability and match officials.

By completing the survey fans will greatly assist both the EFL and also Derby County, while in doing so there are plenty of prizes up for grabs.

They are as follows:

• A pair of tickets to the 2024 Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final
• A pair of tickets to the 2024 Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final
• A pair of tickets to the 2024 Sky Bet League Two Play-Off Final
• A pair of tickets to the 2024 Bristol Street Motors Trophy Final
