Derby County will host Sky Bet League Two side Bradford City in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy Round of 16 in the early stages of 2024.


Clubs remain regionalised in Northern and Southern sections for the next stage of the competition with Paul Warne’s side taking their place in the Northern section.

After winning Group G with three wins from three against Lincoln City, Notts County and Wolverhampton Wanderers, Derby were 3-0 winners against Fleetwood Town at Pride Park Stadium in the Round of 32 on Tuesday night.

The draw for the Round of 16 took place on Friday evening live on Sky Sports News and handed Derby with a home tie against the Bantams, who are 14th in League Two and are managed by Graham Alexander.

Round of 16 ties will take place during the week commencing 8th January 2024 and a confirmed match date and ticket information will be announced in due course.
