Derby County return to Pride Park Stadium on Saturday when they host Stevenage in Sky Bet League One action (3pm kick-off).

The Rams go into the contest off the back of Tuesday evening's impressive 3-0 victory at Exeter City and will look to back that excellent result up on home soil.

In the lead-up to the game getting underway, dcfc.co.uk has brought together all the key information you need to know...

Team News

Goalkeeper Josh Vickers is expected to face a period on the sidelines after sustaining a quad injury earlier this month.

Defender Ryan Nyambe (knee) missed Tuesday's trip to Exeter but should be available once again on Saturday.

Striker James Collins (knee) is having a scan on his knee this week after an injury sustained in the midweek win at Exeter and the results of that will determine his availability for Saturday.

Winger Corey Blackett-Taylor was substituted at half-time in the 3-0 win against Exeter City as a precaution with a tight hamstring and will be assessed ahead of Saturday.

Striker Conor Washington (ankle) is back on the grass after a long period out of action but Saturday will come too soon for him.

Defender Craig Forsyth (calf) remains although it is hoped he will resume training at some stage this month.

Striker Martyn Waghorn (calf) is closing in on a return to fitness but will be unavailable for selection on Saturday.

Striker Tyreece John-Jules (hamstring) suffered a severe tear in the defeat against Reading last month that will keep him out of action for the rest of the season.

Long-term absentee Jake Rooney (knee) remains ruled out of action but is making good progress in his rehabilitation work.

Pre-Match Thoughts

Head Coach Paul Warne spoke to RamsTV to preview Saturday's match fixture.

He said: "Stevenage have been outstanding all season and have done really well away from home as well. They are desperate for success, as we all are, but they are a little bit of a wounded animal as well. I know in their last three games the results haven't gone the way they wanted, although it's only been one goal here or there."

Left-back Callum Elder previewed Saturday's match when he spoke to RamsTV on Thursday.

He said: "At this stage of the season, whether we're at home or away, we go into every game looking to win and Saturday will be no different. We're excited for the challenge we'll face on Saturday."
