Derby County winger Nathaniel Mendez-Laing has been nominated for the PFA League One Fans’ Player of the Month for February.

The 31-year-old was in fine individual form during the month, racking up two goals and four assists across six games.

He was pivotal in securing vital wins for the Rams as he notched the only goal of the game in the 1-0 win at Charlton Athletic and also provided the assist for Louie Sibley to grab Derby’s last gasp-victory against Stevenage on home soil.

Mendez-Laing will face competition from Portsmouth’s Abu Kamara, Adam Phillips of Barnsley, Ollie O’Neill of Leyton Orient, Portsmouth’s Paddy Lane and Lincoln City’s Reeco Hackett-Fairchild.

Rams fans can vote for Mendez-Laing to land the award here.
