Derby County is saddened to have learned of the passing of its former player and 1968/69 Second Division title-winner Willie Carlin at the age of 83. Carlin made 108 appearances for the Rams, scoring 16 goals, between 1968 and 1970. His time at the Baseball Ground and his contribution to the club’s success under Brian Clough will never be forgotten.
