Derby County have learned their opponents for Round Two of the 2025/26 Carabao Cup.
The draw for Round Two took place on Wednesday evening and handed the Rams an away tie against Premier League side Burnley in the Northern Section.
The Clarets, managed by Scott Parker, secured promotion from the Championship in the 2024/25 season by finishing second in the league table.
Derby and Burnley's meetings at both Turf Moor and Pride Park Stadium ended in 0-0 draws during the campaign.
Derby progressed beyond the Round One stage for the second season in a row following a penalty shoot-out success at fellow Sky Bet Championship side West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday night, after a 1-1 draw after 90 minutes.
Round Two ties will take place on the week commencing Monday 25th August and a confirmed match date, and ticket details, will be announced in due course.
