Below is all the key ticket information for Derby County's 2025/26 Carabao Cup Round Two tie at Burnley.

Important: 2024/25 season attendance is only registered for away league match tickets purchased from the Derby County Ticket Office.
Tickets will go off sale IN-PERSON, viaTELEPHONE and ONLINE at 2pm on Tuesday 26th August 2025.

Tickets will NOT be available at Turf Moor, so Derby County supporters must purchase in advance.

* Supporters aged 15 and below must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or above.
There are 7 pairs of Wheelchair Disabled and Personal Assistant tickets available, with Ambulant tickets to be taken from the main allocation. Wheelchair supporters are charged their relevant age category, with Personal Assistants admitted free of charge. Disabled supporters with any enquiries are recommended to email [email protected].

Visit dcfc.co.uk and click ‘TICKETS’ then, under the ‘TICKETS’ section, click ‘AWAY TICKETS’.
Use your email address and password to log into the system. If there’s an issue, click the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page. If the issue persists, email [email protected].

Call 0871 472 1884 ^ between 10am-4pm on Monday-Saturday and select Option 1. Ensure your contact details are readily available including Fan ID, Full Name, Full Address and Date of Birth.

In Person (No Booking Fee)
The Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, is open from 10am-4pm between Monday and Saturday and at least THREE hours before kick-off and up to half-time on home matchdays.
A £1 per ticket booking fee will be payable for all tickets purchased online and over the telephone.
A total allocation of 1,964 tickets has been made available for Rams fans.
Collections are not available from away stadiums. Collections are only available from the Derby County Ticket Office, 48 hours after purchase.
Supporters are advised to ensure the email on the lead supporters’ account is up to date prior to purchasing tickets. Supporters can opt for one of two delivery methods for this fixture:
Print@Home - Tickets sent to the lead supporters email address. They must be printed prior to attending.
Send to Mobile - Digital eTickets sent to the lead supporters email address. They are to be scanned at the turnstiles on a mobile device.
Proof of age may be required on entry for any concessionary tickets.
As per “Section 5” of the club’s Ticketing Terms & Conditions, any supporters found to be reselling match tickets will have their Away Ticket Membership suspended with no refund.
All away tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In exceptional circumstances the club may be able to offer a refund, as long as you contact the Ticket Office by email on [email protected] and on condition the ticket is returned to the Ticket Office at least 24 hours before the day of the game. This is entirely at management’s discretion.
