Head Coach John Eustace felt Derby County earned themselves a 'pleasing' point against Bristol City on Friday evening.

Striker Carlton Morris’ goal in the final minutes of the game clinched Derby’s first point on the board in their third Sky Bet Championship game of the season, after Scott Twine put the visitors ahead in the first half.
RamsTV spoke to Eustace after his side earned a point at Pride Park Stadium.
We started the game really well - the first 25-30 minutes were great. Then they scored after some poor play from us following a throw-in. We didn't lock in properly and didn't do our jobs. That's the second time now we haven't done that in two games. We've got to keep working hard and doing the basics very well. If we do them well, that goal doesn't happen. For the last 15 minutes of the first half, we lost our way a little bit. The fans kept right behind us and were fantastic.
The way the lads just kept going and doing what they had to do to get the point was pleasing. That's what it's all about. It's all about the squad. It's important that when we bring the substitures on, they finish the game for us very well.
I think the most exciting thing about tonight was Bobby Clark and Rhian Brewster coming off the bench. When they're match fit, you can see the quality players that are part of the group. I'm glad they had an input. Joe Ward set up the goal with a fantastic header at the far post; he's doing great at the moment.

He’s a top striker at this level. We need to create more for him. We need more bodies around him as well. He's an outstanding performer and I was really pleased for him.
