Derby County Academy have completed the signing of Irish defender Raymond Offor.
The 18-year-old joins the Rams’ Under-21s squad from League of Ireland Premier Division side Shelbourne.
A 6ft 5” centre-back – who is capable of operating in defensive midfield – Offor made his first team debut in the FAI Cup in July 2025.
The Irishman featured regularly in Shelbourne’s matchday squads across the 2025 season, while he also made the bench for two UEFA Champions League Qualifiers and Shelbourne’s UEFA Conference League draw at NK Celje in December.
Offor played in all four of Shelbourne Under-19’s UEFA Youth League matches last year, and has represented the Republic of Ireland at both Under-18 and Under-19 level.
