John Eustace highlighted the importance of the Pride Park faithful’s ‘unbelievable’ support as his Rams side kick off a three-game week against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday on home turf (3pm kick-off).
The Rams boss said the squad will be as prepared as possible for the busy schedule as the season heats up towards its closing stages.
Eustace spoke before this weekend’s home meeting with Wednesday, which will be quickly followed by trips to Millwall and Portsmouth.
The Head Coach gave an update on the injury latest in the group, too, which can be found by clicking here.
Eustace caught up with RamsTV as his team looks to clinch their third consecutive Pride Park win, after previous victories over Swansea City and last weekend against Blackburn Rovers.
The most important thing is seeing who's fit and available - then trying to pick a team that's going to be very competitive. Obviously, that can change throughout the week through injuries, suspensions and whatnot, but initially we look at the squad, which is going to be available for the next three games, and take it from there.

The training will already be set on what we're looking at doing. Of course, there's room for tweaks here and there. But there’s a lot of planning that goes ahead for any week, not just a three-game week. It's all done very professionally, and we'll be ready.
I think the difference is that we took our chances and defended a little bit better, which sounds obvious. But, just as important is the fact that the fans have been right behind the group, through some difficult moments in both matches.
The fans' support has been unbelievable. It's been top drawer all season, but especially the last three or four home games, I think the fans have been right behind the group - and it certainly makes a huge difference.
It's a difficult situation for them. They've got a really good manager who's doing a fantastic job under difficult circumstances, and the fans are right behind the team.
You expect that from big clubs. We know the game is going to be a really difficult game for us, for sure. They're playing with a lot of freedom.
It's important that we go about our business properly and very professionally and see where it takes us.
