Ticket information has been confirmed for Derby County’s pre-season trips to Mansfield Town and Burton Albion.

Proof of age may be requested on entry for age-related concession tickets. Infants, Children and Juniors aged 2-15 must be accompanied by an individual aged 18+/Parent/Guardian. Disabled Supporters’ information is available by clicking here.
There are 10 pairs of Wheelchair Disabled and Personal Assistant tickets available, with Ambulant tickets to be taken from the main allocation. Wheelchair supporters are charged their relevant age category, with Personal Assistants free of charge. Disabled supporters with any enquiries are recommended to email [email protected].

Visit dcfc.co.uk and click ‘TICKETS’ then, under the ‘TICKETS’ section, click ‘AWAY TICKETS’.
Use your email and password to log into the system. If there’s an issue, click the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page. If the issue persists, email [email protected].

Call 0871 472 1884 * between 10am-4pm on Monday-Saturday and select Option 1. Ensure your contact details are readily available including Fan ID, Full Name, Full Address and Date of Birth.
Tickets can either be posted up to 72 hours before matchday and are subject to £3 per Transaction Postage Fee or can be collected from the Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, which is open 10am-4pm from Monday to Saturday and at least THREE hours before kick-off and up to half-time on home matchdays.
Purchases are subject to a £1 per ticket booking fee.
* 0871 numbers are charged at 13p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge.
In Person (no booking fee)
The Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, is open from 10am-4pm between Monday and Saturday and at least THREE hours before kick-off and up to half-time on home matchdays. No booking fees apply.
A £1 per ticket booking fee will be payable for all tickets purchased online and over the telephone, while a £3 per transaction postage fee will be payable for tickets to be posted.
Total allocations of 1,464 tickets (Mansfield Town) and 1,640 (Burton Albion) have been made available for Rams fans.
Collections are not available from away stadiums. Collections are only available from the Derby County Ticket Office, 48 hours after purchase.
Proof of age may be required on entry for any concessionary tickets.
Match ticket refunds are not available for this game from Derby County.
