Are there any matchday traffic restrictions around Pride Park Stadium?

Yes, a traffic exclusion zone is enforced on matchdays to ensure pedestrian safety. It is in effect from 90 minutes before kick-off until up to 60 minutes after the final whistle, with exact timings depending on traffic and pedestrian movement on Derwent Parade and Royal Way.

Please be aware that a traffic exclusion zone is imposed around Pride Park Stadium on matchdays, including a dynamic risk assessment, which is carried out as part of the club’s matchday traffic management system and closure agreement with Derby City Council. Therefore, road closures can be activated sooner than the final whistle if it is deemed unsafe for supporters.

Derby Train Station is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from Pride Park Stadium.

The shortest route on foot is as follows:

  • Walk east on Roundhouse Road
  • At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Pride Park Way/A6
  • At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Derwent Parade
  • At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Royal Way

Matchday Parking

How do I qualify for an accessible car parking space?

A valid Blue Badge is required to purchase accessible parking. Please present your Blue Badge in person at the Ticket Office or email a copy (both sides) to [email protected], include your full name and Fan ID number).

How do I renew seasonal parking in Car Park A or B for the 2026/2027 Season (standard width spaces)?

You can renew your seasonal parking by going to the ‘Buy New Season Tickets’ section on our website, located under the ‘Season Tickets’ tab. After selecting the Seasonal Car Park Season Ticket, choose the relevant Car Park (A or B) and add it to your basket. If you are a valid Blue Badge holder, a discount will be applied at the ‘basket stage’.

How do I renew seasonal accessible parking in either the West or East Accessible Car Parks?

Renewals: Supporters with a 2025/2026 Seasonal Accessible Parking Pass should contact the Accessibility Team to renew for the 2025/2026 season.

New Requests: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer new seasonal accessible parking passes for the 2025/2026 season due to high demand. Please refer to our Matchday Travel Page for other parking options.

I did not have seasonal parking last season, however, I need to secure seasonal parking for the 2026/2027 season, how do I do this?

Supporters that didn’t purchase Seasonal Car Parking during the 2025/2026 season and require a space for the 2026/2027 season, will be able to purchase a seasonal parking pass in either Car Park A or B , during phase two (subject to availability).

Do Blue Badge Holders receive a discount on their seasonal car parking?

Yes, Blue Badge holders receive a 10% discount on seasonal parking passes.

Is ‘Half Season’ accessible parking available for purchase?

No, half season accessible parking is not available. Please refer to our Matchday Travel Page for other parking options.

Can I purchase ‘match by match’ accessible parking?

Yes, match-by-match’ accessible parking is available to ‘home’ Blue Badge Holders, on a first come first served basis by calling our Accessibility Team on 01332 667528 (subject to qualification and availability).

Please refer to our Matchday Travel Webpage for alternative parking options if you are unsuccessful in securing an accessible car parking space.

How do I purchase 'match by match' parking in Car Park A or Car Park B (standard width spaces)?

  • First log onto the MiPermit website.
  • Once logged onto the website, click ‘Pay for Parking’, which is located on the left-hand side of the page.
  • Next, select the location option titled one of the following two tariffs:
  • 754606 – DCFC General Admission Car Park A
  • OR
  • 754607 – DCFC General Admission Car Park B.
  • Alternatively, you can also click ‘Select’ and search ‘DCFC’ to find the location option.
  • Following that, select the date, duration that you will require and enter the registration number of the vehicle that you are paying parking for.
  • Once completed, you will be able to complete your purchase for a matchday parking ticket.
  • Please note, you can provide either your mobile or email to receive a confirmation and receipt.

Is there’ match by match’ accessible parking available in the West or East Accessible Car parks for home supporters?

Yes, accessible parking spaces are available in the East and West Stand Car Parks. These spaces are located approximately 75-100 yards from the turnstiles/accessible entrances.

Is there accessible parking at Pride Park Stadium for away supporters?

For away supporters, accessible parking is available in the Southeast corner, opposite the away coach park, approximately 100 yards from the turnstiles/accessible entrance. Please contact your own club at least 24 hours before the fixture to book a space (subject to availability). A valid Blue Badge must be displayed on arrival.

Are there any parking restrictions on matchdays?

Yes, resident parking zones are in effect during matchdays, and parking fines will be issued if rules are violated. Supporters are encouraged to use official car parks.

Are there drop-off points at the stadium?

Yes, the designated drop-off and pick-up point is located outside Main Reception on the west side of the stadium. This is convenient for supporters arriving by taxi or those with specific access requirements. It is recommended to arrive early, as this area can get very busy closer to kick-off.

How do I qualify for accessible seating (easy access or wheelchair spaces)?

Is there a waiting list for accessible seating at Pride Park Stadium?

No, we currently have accessible seating available, including wheelchair spaces for the 2026/2027 season.

What accessible seating options are available at Pride Park Stadium?

We offer a variety of accessible seating to meet different needs:

Level Access Seating (No Steps)

  • Recommended for supporters who require step-free access.
  • Available in all four stands.
  • Suggested rows: EF, SF, NF, and AA (where AA is the front row).

Easy Access Seating (1–2 Steps)

  • Row BB: One step to access.
  • Row CC: Two steps to access.

Wheelchair Spaces

  • Available at pitch side in all four stands.
  • Also located on elevated platforms in the Northeast corner, West Stand, and South Stand.

Personal Assistant Ticket

How do I apply for a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket?

Supporters requiring a Personal Assistant ticket must complete a Reasonable Adjustment Application Form and provide supporting documentation. Click here to start your application.

Season Tickets

How do I renew my 2026/2027 Season Ticket and Personal Assistant Season Ticket?

Phase 1 Renewals: Visit dcfc.co.uk, call 01332 667528, or visit the Ticket Office. If you previously had parking, please refer to the Matchday Parking FAQ’s above for further information and guidance.

Personal Assistant Season Tickets (if required) will renew automatically once approved by the Disability Access Officer.

Phase 2 Renewals: For renewals after phase 1, call 01332 667528 or visit the Ticket Office, as online options will no longer be available.

Personal Assistant Tickets (if required): These will need to be approved by the Disability Access Officer before renewing.

When is the renewal deadline?

Away Membership (currently off sale)

What is an Away Ticket Membership?

An Away Ticket Membership provides priority access to Derby County’s 2025/26 away league match tickets. Tickets are released in a six-phase priority system, based on how many away league matches a supporter attended in the 2024/25 season.

What are the sales windows for away league tickets?

Away league tickets will be released in the following priority order:

Sales Window 1 - Away Ticket Members who attended 15 + away league matches in 2024/25

Sales Window 2 - Away Ticket Members who attended 10 + away league matches in 2024/25

Sales Window 3 - Away Ticket Members who attended 5 + away league matches in 2024/25

Sales Window 4 - Remaining Away Ticket Members (fewer than 5 away league matches in 2024/25 or no away attendance history)

Sales Window 5 - 2025/26 Season Ticket Holders (who do not hold an Away Ticket Membership)

Sales Window 6 - General Sale – subject to availability

Only attendance for away league matches purchased via the Derby County Ticket Office will count toward your priority status.

How many tickets can I purchase?

Each qualifying supporter is entitled to purchase one ticket per away fixture.

If you are a disabled supporter and require a Personal Assistant (PA) Ticket (this must be approved by the club) you may request one complimentary PA ticket in addition to your own. This does not affect the one-ticket-per-member rule.

How Much Does an Away Ticket Membership Cost?

£5 - Infant (Age 2-5)

£10 - Child (Age 6-12)

£20 - Junior (Age 13-17)

£30 - Young Adult (Age 18-21) & Senior (Age 65+)

£40 - Adult (Age 22-64)

  • Age bands are calculated based on the age of the supporter on 1st August 2025.
  • Proof of age may be requested when purchasing concessionary memberships.
  • Supporters aged 2–17 must be accompanied at away matches by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.

Do I need to purchase an away membership for my Personal Assistant?

No, you only need to purchase an away membership for the supporter with access requirements.

I require reasonable adjustments, including a Personal Assistant Ticket; what should I do?

If you require any reasonable adjustments, including a Personal Assistant Ticket, please refer to our Supporter Accessibility Policy for full details on how we support disabled supporters.

Are away ticket membership fees refundable?

No. All Away Ticket Membership fees are non-refundable.




Stadium Facilities, Services & Policies

Can I use cash at the stadium?

No, the stadium is fully cashless. All payments must be made using a valid bank card or mobile payment method, such as Apple Pay.

Is there a club shop located on-site at Pride Park Stadium?

Yes, the DCFC Megastore is located on the Northeast corner of Pride Park Stadium.

You can also make purchases online at dcfcmegastore.com, but please note the online service is separate from the store - there is no click and collect option available in store and all orders that require an exchange or refund must be sent back to the online store.

Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange of equivalent value, provided the item is still in its original condition and accompanied by an itemised receipt. Personalised items are exempt from our returns policy and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned to store. Please visit dcfcmegastore.co.uk for more information. For refunds, please allow 5-10 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.

Is there a buggy transportation service available on matchdays?

Yes! A complimentary buggy service is available for supporters who need assistance. It operates around the stadium perimeter and to and from the onsite car parks. If you'd like to use this service, simply speak to the nearest steward; they can help arrange one or flag one down for you.

Do you have accessible entrances?

Yes, accessible entrances are located in all four stands. Details can be found in our Access Statement .

Can I bring a bag into the stadium?

Yes, bags are allowed (no larger than 45cm x 30cm x 15cm) and are subject to search. There is no on-site storage facility for oversize bags.

Supporters are prohibited from bringing refreshments into Pride Park Stadium. However, if a supporter has specific dietary or sustenance requirements because of a medical condition, please contact the Accessibility Team on 01332 667528 in advance of attending the game.

Additionally, supporters must be a minimum of 18 years old to purchase and/or consume alcohol in Pride Park Stadium. Photo ID may be requested to determine proof of age.

Can I bring essential medication or medical equipment inside the stadium?

Yes, you can bring in essential medication or medical equipment, but it's advised to contact the club in advance for prior approval. Please email [email protected]

Are Assistance Dogs allowed in the stadium?

Yes, but arrangements must be made in advance. Please contact the Disability Access Officer.

Do you provide storage for mobility aids e.g., wheelchairs, mobility scooters?

No storage is available for mobility aids, but designated spaces for wheelchair and mobility scooter users are provided. Contact our dedicated Accessibility Team on 01332 667528 for more information.

Do you have low-level food serving counters in the concourse areas?

We have catering facilities throughout Pride Park Stadium. Currently, all serving counters in the concourse areas are high level. To support supporters with access requirements, the club arranges for dedicated stewards to monitor these areas and assess if additional assistance is needed.

Do you offer induction loop facilities?

Yes, the club has induction loop equipment in most customer contact points at Pride Park Stadium.

On matchdays at Pride Park Stadium, information will be carried on the ‘Big Screen’ and via the Public Address System.

Do the club provide Audio Descriptive Commentary?

Audio Descriptive is available to blind and partially sighted home and away supporters. Please contact the Accessibility Team on 01332 667528 to reserve a receiver no later than 24 hours prior to the fixture date (subject to availability). Please note that you will need to bring your own earphones (3.5mm round jack).

Is there a sensory room available on matchdays?

Yes, we have two sensory rooms available on matchdays; these are run by Derby County Community Trust. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.

Where are accessible toilets located?

Accessible toilets are available throughout the stadium, signposted, and equipped with the National Radar Key system. We would advise you to bring your own radar access key with you.

Where are the matchday medical rooms located?

There are two St John Ambulance medical rooms located at Pride Park Stadium on matchdays. These are in the Northwest corner of the lower concourse and in the Southwest corner of the lower concourse. Matchday stewards are first aid trained and senior matchday stewards are trained in how to use a defibrillator which is located within the Security Office adjacent to the Toyota West Stand Main Entrance.

The Accessibility Toolkit is a flexible collection of optional tools designed to support a wide range of access needs when visiting Pride Park Stadium. Fans can access the tools that best suit their individual needs, both when planning their visit and on matchday.

Do I receive all toolkit items together?

No. The Accessibility Toolkit is not a pre-packed kit. Support is available based on individual needs, and fans can access the tools that are most helpful to them.

What accessibility tools are available?

Available support includes:

How can I access Communication Cards?

Communication Cards are available in two ways:

  • As a downloadable resource that you can print at home
  • As physical cards that can be requested, with an optional lanyard

Physical Communication Cards and lanyards are yours to keep and are subject to availability.

How do I print Communication Cards?

The Communication Cards PDF is provided in full size for high-quality printing. To create pocket-sized cards:

  1. Open the PDF in a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  2. Select PrintMultiple pages per sheet4 per sheet (or your preferred size).
  3. Print on cardstock for durability and cut out each card.

How can I access physical toolkit items?

Physical items, including Communication Cards, lanyards, Ear Defenders and Fidget Toys, should be requested in advance to help ensure availability.

Do Ear Defenders need to be returned?

Yes. Ear Defenders are available to borrow and must be returned after the match.

Can I keep any physical items?

Yes. Communication Cards, optional lanyards and Fidget Toys are yours to keep.

Do I need to complete a Reasonable Adjustment Application Form to access toolkit items?

No. A Reasonable Adjustment Application Form is not required to request toolkit items. However, Accessibility Toolkit items are included within the Reasonable Adjustment Application Form so that supporters requesting other reasonable adjustments are also aware of the support available.

  • Before matchday: Ticket Office (West Stand)

Navigating Crowds & Peak Entry Times

When should I arrive to avoid large crowds?

Arrive 90–60 minutes before kick-off to enjoy a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere. Alternatively, arriving closer to kick-off when the entry rush has passed may suit you better.

When are the busiest times to enter the stadium?

Peak entry times tend to be 45-15 minutes before kick-off, when most supporters arrive. Arriving earlier (between 90-60 minutes before kick-off) or closer to kick-off once the crowds have settled will provide a quieter experience.

Are there less crowded times to visit the food and drink kiosks or toilets in the concourse?

Food and drink kiosks and toilets are usually busiest before kick-off and during halftime. For a quieter experience, visit them early after entering the stadium or during the first 30 minutes of either half.

How can I avoid the rush when leaving after the match?

Exits and nearby areas tend to be busiest 10–20 minutes after the final whistle. For a quieter exit, you can remain seated for a short time until the crowds disperse.

Are there quieter areas in the stadium to take a break during the match?

Yes. The concourse areas are typically quieter during the first 30 minutes of each half. If you need more support, please go to the nearest steward.

Can I ask for help during my visit if I feel overwhelmed?

Absolutely. Stewards and staff are on hand throughout the stadium to offer assistance or support if you need help. Just let someone know, and they’ll be happy to assist.
