Derby County’s squad has been confirmed for tonight’s pre-season friendly fixture at National League – North side Kidderminster Harriers (7:45pm kick-off).

Manager Gary Rowett yesterday revealed that he will field a different XI in each half of the game at Aggborough Stadium, in order to give as many players as possible the chance to get 45 minutes of action under their belts.

Midfielder George Thorne has a minor hamstring injury, sustained during the week-long training camp in Tenerife last week, while wideman Ikechi Anya has been ruled out due to illness.

Defender Jason Shackell is continuing his rehabilitation from back surgery at the end of last season and won’t be involved, while Max Lowe has only just returned to training following injury and won’t feature.

Supporters will also be able to catch their first glimpse of new signings Curtis Davies and Andre Wisdom in action, after signing from Hull City and Liverpool respectively.

Academy youngsters Henrich Ravas, Calum Macdonald, Timi Max Elsnik, Kellan Gordon, Offrande Zanzala and Max Bird will travel with the squad.
