Subscriptions to RamsTV for Derby County’s 2017/18 Sky Bet Championship season are available to buy.

In addition to the free content which is available on RamsTV across dcfc.co.uk – which will include the streaming of Under-23s’ matches in Premier League 2 Division 1 - some exclusive content will also be made available to subscribers only.
Package details are as follows (updated on 26th July):
UK & Ireland - £45 per season or £5 per month
* Live audio commentary - provided by BBC Radio Derby - of all Sky Bet Championship, Carabao Cup and Emirates FA Cup matches.
* Exclusive videos throughout the season
* Full Matchday Live video replay the day after every first team fixture.
Overseas - £110 per season or £12.50 per month
* Live video coverage of all Sky Bet Championship matches +.
* Full Matchday Live show with exclusive interviews and expert analysis.
* Watch the full 90 minutes at a time to suit you, if viewing live isn’t convenient in your time zone.
* Exclusive videos throughout the season.
+ With the exception of those selected for live television coverage. On these occasions an audio feed of commentary will be available, provided by BBC Radio Derby.
Please Note: Annual and monthly subscriptions are currently available. Match-by-match international live stream packages will be available in due course. We will not be able to offer match-by-match packages for audio due to the EFL's digital licence.
All package prices are in GBP but all packages are available to purchase using other currencies. The price of each package will be based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Friends & Family Referrals
For supporters who purchase a £45 or £110 annual subscription, Derby will offer their friends and family a £5 or £10 discount respectively and what’s more any friends or family taking up the offer, the original subscriber will receive £5 or £10 respectively back off their original purchase.
The club will contact each full paying annual subscribers via email with details of how to activate their chance to earn money back through this referral initiative.

Simply visit dcfc.co.uk/ramstv to make your purchase.
When you arrive on the page, just select the package that you would like to purchase.
If you are based within the UK or Ireland, you will not have the option to purchase the live streaming package.
You must be logged in to your account - or have a registered account – before you are able to purchase any package.
Derby County accept all major Credit and Debit cards (excluding American Express). An option to pay via PayPal will be available in the coming weeks.
Once the package has been purchased, a success page will appear.
To manage any subscriptions already purchased you should visit the ‘Your Account’ page. This is located by following the top right arrow next to your name, then select 'Your Account' and your subscriptions will appear under your Fan ID.

Terms & Conditions* Each supporter is solely resident in the correct territory for the chosen subscription package. Any changes to the territory in which the supporter is located may affect availability of certain content, particularly the live video content.
* Disclosure of password and Fan ID is not permitted and the right to use RamsTV is personal and limited to viewing on one device at any time.
* For match footage shown on a live basis (available in certain geographical territories only) not all club matches will be available for viewing on a ‘live’ basis. This is due to, amongst other things, restrictions with television broadcasting. In these instances, we will allow access to the live audio commentary.
* Cannot use RamsTV for any other reasons than private or domestic purposes.
* Cannot forward, record, copy, reproduce, store, transfer, modify, post, distribute or publish any of the content of RamsTV without prior written permission.
* Unless stated otherwise, your subscription is for the subscription period and will be automatically renewed at the end of the pervious subscription period for a further equivalent period.
* We can suspend an account if payment is not made for automatically renewing subscriptions.
* By purchasing your subscription, you have chosen to receive your subscription benefits immediately. You will not, therefore, be entitled to cancel the contract during the any fourteen day ‘cooling off’ period in law, nor receive a refund of the fee paid. This does not affect any other rights you may have at law, including where we are at fault.
* Only one referral code can be used per transaction.
* Each code can only be used once.
* The £10 off code can only be redeemed against £110 packages, and the £5 off code can only be redeemed against £45 packages. These are not interchangeable.
* Refunds from referring friends and family will be processed up to 10 working days after full payment for the referral has taken place.
* Friends and family referral offers are only available to supporters signing up and paying for the full annual subscription, (Monthly subscribers do not qualify for this offer).
* Once all maximum refunds from the offer have been processed (ie £110 off the £110 packages or £45 of the £45 ones), any subsequent payments will be processed by cheque on a monthly basis.
* Any supporter found breaching these terms and conditions will have their account suspended and will forfeit any chance of receiving a refund.
