Coote To Take Charge Of Sheffield Wednesday Clash

David Coote will be the man in charge when Derby County travel to face Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough on Tuesday 13th February, kick-off: 7:45pm.


Coote has officiated 25 games so far this term, mainly in the Sky Bet Championship. from which he has produced 97 yellow and four red cards.

He has already been the man in the middle for one of the Rams’ games this campaign – the 1-0 win over Burton Albion at the beginning of December.

In total, Tuesday’s referee has been in the man in charge for 10 Derby matches in total – in which they have won ran out winners on seven occasions and tasted defeat just once.

Simpson will be assisted by David Avent and James Mainwaring on the lines, whilst Peter Bankes has been appointed as the fourth official.
