Having only played one competitive game since February, Derby County Under-18s will look to kick-start a return to form against Stoke City in the Premier League – North, kick-off: 11am.

Recent weather conditions have led to several of the recent Under-18s’ fixtures to be postponed over the previous two months.

All but a tie in early March against Liverpool at their The Academy training ground have succumbed to the weather.

Justin Walker and Rory Delap's side were narrowly defeated 1-0 that day by Steven Gerrard’s Reds after having recorded back-to-back victories against Blackburn Rovers and Middlesbrough in the two games previous.

Liverpool stabbed themselves a goal in front early in the game, Niall Brookwell managed to get on the end of an inswinging corner and he prodded the ball past Bradley Foster-Theniger in the Derby goal.

The early goal ensured an end-to-end first-half ensued, with chances falling the way of both sides, neither were able to make another breakthrough.

During the second 45 the young Rams side looked much the more inspired with quick passing and intelligent play produced without the final piece of quality to find an equaliser.

Delap’s and Walker’s side currently occupy fifth place in the Premier League – North table with Stoke just one place lower in sixth.

The Potters have won seven games over their 18 outings this term, having also lost the same number of games with seven. Last time out they lost 2-1 to Newcastle United.

In the reverse fixture back in October at Stoke’s Clayton Wood Training Ground, the Rams recorded an impressive 3-0 victory with a Louis Sibley brace and one from Fuseine Rashid.

Kick-off on Saturday is at 11am with the fixture taking place at the Training Centre in Partnership with the University of Derby. You can watch all of the action LIVE on RamsTV from 10:50am.
