Derby County's Under-18s will take on Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League Cup quarter-finals at Loughborough University Stadium on Friday night, kick-off: 7pm.


Justin Walker’s side will look to extend their winning run to nine consecutive games in all competitions - and move to the semi-finals of the competition in the process.

THE STORY SO FAR…

The young Rams moved reached the quarter finals after earning nine points from a possible nine in the group stage with victories over Brighton & Hove Albion (4-1), Southampton (4-0) and Aston Villa (4-2).

Tottenham finished second in their group behind Middlesbrough after victories over Wolverhampton Wanderers and Swansea City and a draw with Boro.

The Rams are in flying form and tasted their last defeat, and only the second of the season, in October. Since then they have recorded a 3-0 victory over Sheffield United in the FA Youth Cup Fourth Round and currently sit second in the Premier League - North.

HOW TO FOLLOW THE ACTION…

The Rams will be in action under the lights at Derby County Under-23s’ new home, Loughborough University Stadium and attendance is FREE.
