Pass It On - Episode Two

Each player is given a set of noise cancelling headphones. A phrase will then be shouted at the first player. He'll only be able to tell what is being said by lip reading, he'll then pass it on to the next player and so on. It sounds pretty easy doesn't it. What could go wrong? Surely nothing?
