Supporters have until 4pm today to buy their 2019/20 Season Tickets at the cheapest possible price.
Frank Lampard’s side find themselves competing at the top end of the Sky Bet Championship table in the second half of the season, as they seek to secure promotion to the Premier League, and the final weeks of the campaign are certain to be exciting for all Rams fans.
Season Tickets continue to provide the best value for Rams supporters to watch their team in action at Pride Park Stadium.
The first period of sales for renewals and new Season Ticket purchases will run to 4pm on Sunday 31st March and, as ever, offers the opportunity for fans to secure their seat at the cheapest possible price for next season.
Season Ticket holders for the 2018/19 campaign will have their current seats reserved until 4pm on Sunday 31st March. After this time any seats that aren’t renewed will be released for general sale.
Relocation Week, which has proven popular with supporters in recent years and gives supporters the opportunity to choose an alternative seat at Pride Park Stadium, will take place between 3rd-7th April, while the second sales period will begin on Monday 8th April and tickets, at that stage, will be subject to a price increase.
Purchasing a Season Ticket at the earliest opportunity works out as the cheapest way to watch the Rams in action at Pride Park Stadium next season – regardless of what division they will be in!
The Rams continue to offer FREE 2-12 Year Old Season Tickets as the club maintains its commitment to build its fanbase for the future. All 2-12s must be accompanied and sat with a full paying Adult at a ratio of one Adult to one Child (aged 2-12) and be a Rams Squad Member.
Derby launched their ‘Golden Rams’ initiative for this season, where supporters aged 85+ who have been full Season Ticket holders for five consecutive years or more qualify for a free Season Ticket. Derby will once again continue this commitment for next season and the Golden Rams’ monthly events will continue to be arranged by the club.
Season Ticket prices, which have been frozen in recent seasons, are subject to a small price increase for 2019/20. For adults renewing their multi-year Season Ticket, the price increase works out at £1 per game across the campaign and multi-year Season Ticket holders are subject to the lowest price increase as a result of their year-on-year commitment.
Category E average costs per game, for adults, works out at £14.87 while the same in Category AA seats areas comes in at £28.91.

Visit dcfc.co.uk and click the TICKETS tab, then under the ‘Season Tickets’ section, click ‘Renew Now’. Use your Fan ID and password to log into the website. If you experience any issues, click the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page (dcfc.co.uk/customer/login) or if you still experience problems, please email [email protected] for further assistance. Please note that the monthly Direct Debit payment is available when you purchase your 2019/20 Season Ticket online.
2. By Phone
Call the Ticket Office on 0871 472 1884 * (option 1) to talk to the renewal team directly. Please ensure you have all your details (Fan ID, full name, address and Date of Birth) to hand. Phone line opening times are: Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm | Saturday 10am to 3pm | Closed on Sundays.
Disabled supporters wishing to buy a 2019/20 Season Ticket can also purchase by either calling the Disabled Ticketing Purchase line on 01332 667528 or in person at the Derby County Ticket Office presented by Showcase Cinema de Lux.

HOW TO PAY
Cash/Cheque
You can pay for your Season Ticket(s) in full with one cheque (made payable to Derby County Football Club) or cash payment, but please do not send cash in the post.
Credit/Debit Card
We accept most major Debit and Credit Cards except American Express.
Flexible Finance
You can also pay for your Season Ticket in manageable monthly amounts. You choose how many months you wish to spread the cost of your Season Ticket over, up to a maximum of 12 payments including a deposit, and the outstanding balance must be paid by Friday 28th February 2020.
The required deposit must be at least one fraction of the number of payments, e.g. £800 over 10 payments, (including the deposit) means the deposit must be at least £80.
You can choose to pay a higher deposit if you wish. The deposit will be taken from the bank account provided, between 10 and 15 working days after the purchase date. The first instalment will be taken on the next occurrence of your chosen date, following the deposit but no sooner than 1st April 2019.
Please note, a deposit and first instalment may be taken during the same calendar month. You have a choice of three dates (1st, 11th or 21st) on which your Direct Debit is taken – if this date falls on a non-working day, payment will be taken on the next working day.
The interest rate charged on instalments is a flat 7%. Our renewal team in the Derby County Ticket Office can help you to calculate the minimum deposit or you can use the Flexible Finance Calculator under the ‘Season Tickets’ menu on dcfc.co.uk.
Supporters purchasing one Season Ticket on one direct debit will be eligible for an automatic Season Ticket renewal for future seasons.
Please Note: Any supporters wishing to opt out of this scheme should email [email protected] or alternatively send a letter to the address listed under point 3 for the attention of Finance containing your Fan ID number.

Booking Fees
Please note if purchasing your Season Ticket online or over the phone a £1.50 per Season Ticket booking fee will apply. Any Season Tickets purchased online or over the phone on or after 1st June 2019 are subject to a booking fee increase.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Age bands for concession Season Tickets are calculated based on the supporters’ age as of 1st September 2019. Please note it is the supporters’ responsibility to ensure that the club has the correct Date of Birth on file for them, terms and conditions apply.
Anyone purchasing an age-related concession Season Ticket, if not already provided, will be asked to provide proof of age. This can be provided in person or via an attachment to an email ([email protected]), in the form of a Birth Certificate, Passport or Driving Licence.
All 2018/19 Season Ticket holders will have their seats reserved for them to renew up until 4pm Sunday 31st March 2019 after which they will then be available for new purchasers. Season Ticket prices are also subject to change after this date.
Supporters wishing to move into unrenewed seats can do so from 10am on Wednesday 3rd April 2019 by appointment only. Priority will be given to supporters who have already purchased a 2019/20 Season Ticket. Appointments can be booked by contacting the Derby County Ticket Office presented by Showcase Cinema de Lux. Due to high demand for 2018/19 Season Tickets, the club only has capacity to sell 2,000 new Season Tickets for the 2019/20 season. If you have any friends or family who are interested in becoming 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders, please inform them that sales will be made on a first-come, first-served basis and they should not delay if they wish to avoid disappointment.
Only supporters that are currently seated in the Morley Hayes South Stand for the 2018/19 season can renew their existing seats. All other sales in this stand are not permitted until after Relocation Week.
FREE RAMS SQUAD SEASON TICKETS
For the 2018/19 season, the club sold-out of FREE Rams Squad Season Tickets. Supporters who are buying a FREE Rams Squad Season Ticket and are aged between 2 and 12 years old (age is calculated on the supporters age as of 1st September 2019) must do so before 4pm Sunday 31st March 2019. After this time, FREE Rams Squad Season Tickets may no longer be available. A full paying Adult (Season Ticket holders aged 23 to 64 on 1st September 2019) Season Ticket is still required to qualify for the FREE Rams Squad Season Ticket, at a ratio of 1:1. The club are making 300 new FREE Rams Squad Season Tickets available for children aged between 2 and 12 years old (age is calculated on the supporters age as of 1st September 2019). These will be sold on a first-come first-served basis and require a full paying Adult Season Ticket to qualify for the FREE Rams Squad Season Ticket, at a ratio of 1:1. Proof of age will need to be provided prior to receiving a Season Ticket card.
CAR PARKING
Car Parking is available for renewal only and is priced at £160 (Disabled Blue Badge holders discount applies), up until 4pm Sunday 31st March 2019, after which time any unrenewed spaces may become available to the waiting list. Please contact the Derby County Ticket Office presented by Showcase Cinema de Lux, to be placed on a first-come, first-served waiting list, should any spaces become available. There is no guarantee that supporters on the waiting list will receive a space.
