Derby County Under-18s forward Jack Stretton has been called up to the Scotland Under-19 squad.

Stretton, who has scored 14 goals in all competitions this season, has been named in Scotland Under-19 manager Billy Stark’s squad for two friendly matches this week in Pinatar, Spain.

Scotland will face a double-header against Czech Republic, with the first fixture taking place on Tuesday 18th February and the second clash two days later on Thursday 20th February.

Stretton’s involvement in the squad is his first international call-up and is a reward for his fine form so far this season for Justin Walker’s side.

He has also featured twice for Derby’s Under-23s this season as a substitute.
