Friend To Take Charge Of Derby's Midweek Clash At Barnsley

Kevin Friend has been appointed as the Match Referee for Derby County's Sky Bet Championship fixture at Barnsley on Wednesday night (7:45pm kick-off).

Friend has overseen eight games so far this season in all competitions, showing 27 yellow cards and no reds.

The Premier League official last oversaw a Derby game back in September as the Rams drew 0-0 at West Bromwich Albion.

Friend will be assisted by Edward Smart and Simon Beck on the lines, whilst Matthew Donohue has been appointed as the fourth official.
