Allsop To Leave Derby To Join Cardiff City

Goalkeeper Ryan Allsop will leave Derby County at the end of his contract later this month to join Sky Bet Championship side Cardiff City.

Allsop, who turns 30 on Friday, joined Derby last summer on a one-year contract after spending pre-season training with Wayne Rooney’s squad.

The shot-stopper established himself as a regular between the posts towards the end of 2021 and he went on to make 33 appearances in all competitions during the campaign.

Derby County wishes to thank Ryan for his efforts throughout the 2021/22 season and wish him well in the future.
