Ticket information for Derby County’s Sky Bet Championship visit to Charlton Athletic on Saturday 15th August (kick-off 3pm) has been confirmed.
A total allocation of 3,065 tickets has been made available for Rams fans.
Tickets for this game are available online on dcfc.co.uk, over the phone and from the Ticket Office in person.

Visit dcfc.co.uk and select Tickets > Away Tickets. Log in using your email address and password. If you're unable to access your account, use the 'Forgot Password' link or email [email protected].
Phone (Subject to £1 per ticket Booking Fee)
Supporters can contact the Ticket Office, presented by SeatGeek on 0871 472 1884* (Option 1) between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday. Ensure your contact details are readily available, including Fan ID, full name, full address and date of birth.
Tickets can either be posted up to 72 hours before matchday and are subject to £3 per Transaction Postage Fee or can be collected from the Ticket Office.
*0871 numbers are charged at 13p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge.
In Person (No Booking Fee)
The Ticket Office, presented by SeatGeek, is open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday and from three hours before kick-off until half-time on home matchdays.
Collections are only available from the Derby County Ticket Office, 48 hours after purchase. We are unable to arrange collections from away stadiums.

As per “Section 5” of the club’s Ticketing Terms & Conditions, any supporters found to be reselling match tickets will have their Away Ticket Membership suspended with no refund.
All away tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In exceptional circumstances we may be able to offer a refund, as long as you contact us by email on [email protected], and on condition the ticket is returned to the Ticket Office at least 24 hours before the day of the game. This is entirely at management’s discretion.
The Ticket Office is open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays. Please check dcfc.co.uk for amended opening hours during public holidays and on home matchdays.
