Kelle Roos will leave Derby County when his contract expires at the end of June.

The 30-year-old goalkeeper has agreed to join Scottish Premiership side Aberdeen from 1st July following eight and a half years at Pride Park Stadium.

Roos departs Derby with 89 appearances to his name following his arrival from non-league side Nuneaton in January 2014.

The Dutchman spent time on loan at Rotherham United, AFC Wimbledon, Bristol Rovers, Port Vale and Plymouth Argyle to gain first-team experience before establishing himself in the Rams’ side during the 2018/19 campaign.

Derby County would like to wish Kelle every success at Aberdeen and in the future, as well as thanking him for his efforts throughout his time with the club.
