Nathan Byrne has left Derby County and signed for Major League Soccer side Charlotte FC.
As a result of the Rams retaining the player’s EFL registration, an undisclosed fee has been agreed by the two clubs for the transfer to be completed.
Byrne leaves Derby after making 82 appearances in all competitions following his arrival from Wigan Athletic ahead of the start of the 2020/21 season.
The defender moves on with everyone’s best wishes for the future and thanks for his efforts during his two seasons at the club.
