Derby County’s 2023/24 Season Tickets and Away Ticket Memberships will go off sale at 4pm on Thursday 31st August.
Supporters considering making purchases for either or both packages are encouraged to do so as soon as possible.
2023/24 Season Tickets
Over 20,000 Season Tickets have been snapped up by Derby supporters.
Season Tickets will be valid for all home league matches at Pride Park Stadium and continue to be the cheapest way to watch the side in action on home turf.
Over 20,000 seats have been snapped up for the 2023/24 season and that number continues to rise following the expiry of the Seat Reservation Deadline at the end of June.
As previously communicated,
Season Ticket prices remain the same as the 2022/23 season across all
areas of the stadium and remain a much cheaper option than purchasing
match tickets on a game-by-game basis.
2022/23 Season Ticket Holders that hold a website account with dcfc.co.uk will have received an email with their personalised renewal details. Those that don’t have a website account are advised to sign up by using their existing Fan ID and personal details by clicking here.
HOW TO BUY
Online (No Booking Fee)
To renew, visit dcfc.co.uk, login to your account and click ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ then, under the ‘SEASON TICKETS’ section, click ‘RENEW NOW’.
To buy a 'new' Season Ticket, visit dcfc.co.uk, login to your account and click ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ then, under the ‘SEASON TICKETS’ section, click ‘BUY NEW’.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page. For any other issues, please email [email protected] and remember to include your Fan ID, Full Name and Full Address.

The Derby County Ticket Office is open from 10am-4pm from Monday to Saturday and at least three hours before kick-off and up to half-time on home matchdays.

Derby County accepts most major Debit and Credit Cards except American Express.
Payment Plan (only available online)
Derby County has partnered with V12 Retail Finance to offer the option to finance the purchase of a Season Ticket via a 6-Month or 10-Month Payment Plan. Please note this option is only available online and is subject to credit checks and arrangement fees.

Season Ticket Cards
2022/23 Season Ticket cards already issued will be reactivated for the 2023/24 season with new cards only being issued to those supporters either buying a new Season Ticket, changing seat location and/or changing age band. New cards will be posted to the address registered with the Fan ID.
Age Bands
Age bands are calculated based on the supporters’ age as of 1st August 2023. It is the supporters’ responsibility to ensure the correct Date of Birth is registered for their Fan ID.
Age-Related Concessions
Unless previously provided, supporters purchasing an age-related concession Season Ticket will be asked to provide proof of age either in the form of a Birth Certificate, Passport or Driving Licence in person or via emailing an attachment to [email protected].
Moving Seats
Season Ticket Holders wanting to move seat can do so online by selecting an available seat from the seating plan or by contacting the Ticket Office directly to check availability.
Disabled Supporters
Disabled supporters must ensure that all reasonable adjustments are approved by the club’s Disabled Liaison Officer before renewing their 2023/24 Season Ticket. Supporters with disability and access enquiries should call 01332 667528 or email the club’s Disabled Supporter Liaison Officer Emma Drury on [email protected].
Golden Rams
Supporters Aged 85 years or over (as of 1st August 2023) who have held an active Season Ticket during the 2022/23 season and who have renewed their Season Ticket for the past five consecutive seasons are eligible for a complimentary Golden Rams 2023/24 Season Ticket. The renewal will be processed automatically with the Ticket Office subsequently advising Season Ticket Holders when completed.
Car Parking
Saving at least £50 when compared to £10 per matchday charge, Seasonal Car Park passes include all home league and cup matches. See previous paragraph HOW TO BUY Online for further information.

Away Ticket Membership
The Away Ticket Membership offers supporters who follow the Rams away from home on a regular basis priority access for away league match tickets.
Priority ‘Windows’ Following Each Away Ticket On-Sale Announcement
1. Away Ticket Members who attended 15 or more Away League Matches during the 2022/23 season.
2. Away Ticket Members who attended 10 or more Away League Matches during the 2022/23 season.
3. Away Ticket Members who attended 5 or more Away League Matches during the 2022/23 season.

Important: 2022/23 season attendance is only registered for away league match tickets purchased from the Derby County Ticket Office. Only one ticket issued per Fan ID. Tickets are always subject to availability.

Proof of age may be requested for age-related concession membership. Infants, Children and Juniors Age 2-15 must be accompanied at away matches by a Parent or Guardian (Age 18+).
