The start of Derby County’s 2025/26 season is fast approaching.

With the new campaign less than two weeks from getting under way, there are several key updates relating to Season Tickets that the club would like to share with supporters.
Notably, Pride Park Stadium’s turnstile readers were upgraded during the close season, and this will mean a slight change in process for supporters on a matchday.
Supporters must now hold their Season Ticket Card up to the reader instead of previously inserting it into the mouth of the reader.
* Supporters that renewed their Season Tickets during Phase 1 of sales, with no change to their seat location or age band, are advised to continue to use their existing Season Ticket Cards as they have now all been reactivated for the 2025/26 season.
* Supporters that have damaged or lost their Season Ticket Cards can now contact the Ticket Office and request a replacement.
* Supporters that changed seat location and/or age band for the 2025/26 season will receive a new Season Ticket Card via post. This will be delivered to the address registered with the FanID that has purchased the Season Ticket.
* Supporters that renewed their 2024/25 Half Season Ticket into a Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season will receive a new Season Ticket Card via post. This will be delivered to the address registered with the FanID that has purchased the Season Ticket.
* Supporters that purchased a Season Ticket during Phase 2 will receive a new Season Ticket Card via post. This will be delivered to the address registered with the FanID that has purchased the Season Ticket.
* Season Ticket Cards will be posted from Friday 25th July.
* 2025/26 seasonal parking passes will be posted from Friday 1st August.
