Derby County Head Coach John Eustace has confirmed his starting line-up to face West Bromwich Albion in the Sky Bet Championship this afternoon (3pm kick-off).

The fixture sees the home side commemorating 125 years of their stadium, The Hawthorns.
Eustace has made one change from the side that drew 2-2 with Ipswich Town before the September international break.

Recent signing Lewis Travis will lead Derby out of the tunnel and don the captain’s armband for the first time. He will also hand over a pendant to commemorate the Hawthorns’ 125th anniversary match-up.
Striker Lars-Jørgen Salvesen will be on the bench for the second game in a row, following his recovery from long-term knee injury, while USA international striker Patrick Agyemang will appear in the matchday squad for the first time since joining the Rams from Charlotte FC over the summer.
