Derby County Football Club is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable and inclusive environment for all spectators attending matches at Pride Park Stadium.

To help ensure this, all supporters are reminded to familiarise themselves with the following important matchday information before arriving at the stadium.
Failure to comply with the stadium regulations may result in refusal of entry, ejection from the ground, confiscation of prohibited items, and/or further sanctions, including club bans and potential legal action.
All supporters must be in possession of a valid match ticket in order to gain entry to Pride Park Stadium, and tickets are issued subject to the club’s ground regulations and are valid for one-time entry only; re-entry will not be permitted once a supporter has left the stadium. We do, however, make allowances for smoking within a specific cordoned area.

Tickets must also be used at the correct turnstile, and Accessible Entrances are available in all four stands to facilitate the safe entry of disabled supporters who require use of one. All our Accessible Entrances are clearly signed.
Children under the age of two are not permitted entry on matchdays, and all spectators, regardless of age, must hold a valid ticket.
Ticket misuse, duplication or unauthorised resale may result in refusal of entry and further action being taken by the club.

Pride Park Stadium has licensed safe standing areas, within the whole upper tier of the South Stand and the upper tier of the South-East Corner, for visiting supporters. These areas are managed in accordance with the Sports Ground Safety Authority.
Supporters using these areas are required to remain within their allocated seat at all times and to comply with steward instructions.
The club would also like to remind fans that persistent standing in seated areas outside of the designated safe standing sections is not permitted, and supporters will be told to take their seats throughout the game, to ensure their own safety.
If you have any questions or concerns in this regard, then please contact the Ticket Office directly on [email protected] or the club’s Supporter Services Team on [email protected].

Supporters attending with children or young persons are reminded that Derby County Football Club does not provide baby-changing facilities at Pride Park Stadium, as those aged under two are not permitted in general admission seating.
Parents and guardians are asked to take responsibility for the safety, supervision, and behaviour of those in their care at all times, including in seating areas, concourses, fan zones, and outside the stadium.

In the event that a child or vulnerable person becomes separated from their group, this should be reported immediately to the nearest steward, who will provide assistance.
The club also offers all parents and guardians the opportunity to collect a free-of-charge wristband from Harrison’s Hub in the North-East Corner of the stadium that their child or young person can wear on the day of the game.
Parents and guardians can write their contact details, stand, and seat number on the wristband, and then if their child or young person was to become separated from them or felt unsafe, they could then approach a steward or member of staff and show their wristband. The steward or staff member will then duly contact the parent or guardian.
There are no storage facilities available at the stadium on matchdays, therefore it is not possible to leave pushchairs or prams anywhere at the ground.
Derby County Football Club operates a zero-tolerance approach to unacceptable behaviour and is fully committed to tackling discrimination in all forms.
Discriminatory behaviour which threatens the safety of any sector of the fanbase or make them feel uncomfortable will not be tolerated and the club will seek the strongest sanctions possible, and similarly, entering the pitch without permission, carrying, or using smoke bombs/flares or pyrotechnics, throwing objects, and drug use will not be tolerated.

We have also introduced new stickers in the North Stand aimed at informing supporters how to report any concerns and that the club acknowledges there have been a number of reports of foul or abusive discriminatory language in this area. We are committed to ensuring that best efforts to improve safety and the matchday experience are always made.
Underage drinking is also strictly prohibited and will be actively challenged by stewards and concourse staff, with valid photographic identification required when purchasing alcohol, under the Challenge 25 protocol.
Alcohol must not be brought into the stadium, and the possession or use of illegal substances will result in removal from the ground and reported to the authorities.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Pride Park Stadium, including in-bowl or on concourse level. Anyone in breach of this club policy may find themselves ejected from the stadium.
All identified offenders will be reported by the club to the police and subsequent prosecution could result in a permeant criminal record, which may affect their employment and education, and could result in a prison sentence.
Supporters are encouraged to report any concerns to a steward or via the club’s official reporting channels.

Derby County Football Club is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
Supporters are also encouraged to remain vigilant whilst attending matches, and if you have a concern about the welfare or safety of a child, young person or vulnerable adult, or if you witness behaviour that causes concern, you should report this as soon as possible.
Concerns can be reported directly to a steward or member of matchday staff or discreetly via the club’s established reporting channels, including the matchday text service and/or by filling in our online reporting form.
In an emergency or where there is an immediate risk of harm, supporters should alert the nearest steward straight away so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.

Supporters may also report any incidents or concerns discreetly via the club’s matchday text service. To do so, start your message with DCFC, followed by the details of the issue, and send it to 88440. Please provide as much information as possible, including the stand, row, seat number and any names, where available.

If a supporter becomes unwell at Pride Park Stadium and requires medical assistance, then we strongly advise that the nearest steward is made aware, who will ensure that the crowd medical team is notified, and that appropriate care is provided.
It is also important to note that the responsibilities of the crowd medical teams are separate from the club’s first-team medical team.
