AWARD NOMINATION: Eustace Nominated For January Manager of the Month

Derby County Head Coach John Eustace has been nominated for January’s Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month Award.

It follows a superb run for the Rams last month, with Eustace’s side earning four wins and a draw from their six league matches.

After securing a 1-0 win over league leaders Middlesbrough at Pride Park Stadium on New Year’s Day, Derby went on to bag all three points on each of their three away trips – featuring a record-breaking 5-0 victory over Bristol City at Ashton Gate.

The nomination is the second time Eustace has been shortlisted for the award this season, following his selection in November.

January’s form has also been recognised with Bobby Clark earning the EA FC EFL Young Player of the Month award, while Ben Brereton Diaz is in the running for the PFA Championship Fans’ Player of the Month.
