As the 2025/26 season draws to a close, Derby County is asking all supporters to play their part in ensuring that the actions of a minority do not spoil the matchday experience for everyone.

The club continues to support the Love Football, Protect the Game initiative, which promotes a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment for all who attend matches.
While there has been encouraging progress across the game this season, incidents involving pyrotechnics, tragedy-related abuse, object throwing and discriminatory behaviour still occur, and even a single case can have serious consequences.
Derby County is dedicated to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both supporters and staff.
You can speak directly to a matchday steward or a Matchday Supporter Liaison Officer (MSLO), who are positioned around Pride Park Stadium to assist supporters. MSLOs can be easily identified by their bright blue high-visibility vests, marked “Fans’ First” on the back.
Alternatively, concerns can be reported discreetly using the club’s matchday text service. To use this service, text DCFC followed by details of the incident to 88440. Please include as much information as possible, such as the stand, row, seat number and any relevant descriptions or names.
If you would prefer to raise an issue outside of matchdays, you can contact the Supporter Services Team by emailing [email protected].
For the safety of everyone, the pitch is strictly for players, coaching staff and match officials. The stands are for supporters.
Any supporter who enters the playing surface will face strong sanctions, including lengthy stadium bans and potential police action.
These actions also carry serious consequences for the club, which may face substantial financial penalties and possible sporting sanctions from the authorities.
Derby County will conclude their 2025/26 season at Pride Park Stadium against Sheffield United on Saturday 2nd May (12.30pm kick-off).
All supporters are asked to respect ground regulations throughout the match.
A lap of appreciation is planned shortly after the final whistle, giving Head Coach John Eustace and the players the opportunity to thank fans for their support across the season.
This will ONLY take place if the pitch remains clear of supporters.
If there is a pitch incursion, the lap of appreciation will NOT go ahead.
Thank you for your fantastic support throughout the season. Please play your part in protecting the game and ensuring everyone can enjoy the occasion.
