The football season is back and in full swing - so why not pay a visit to Igor's at the iPro Stadium for lunch?

Igor’s, located in the North West Corner of the iPro Stadium and named after Derby County legend Igor Stimac, was launched last year and is used as an exclusive lounge on a matchday.

During the week Igor’s is open for lunch between 12pm and 2:30pm and allows visitors to enjoy a contemporary bespoke menu in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the iPro Stadium pitch.

Options to select from for lunch include the Baseball Club Sandwich and the No.6 Burger, while a seasonal-changing menu offers an ideal solution in a different surrounding for lunch on Pride Park estate.

The club felt it was only fitting to honour a player that made Derby’s greatest all-time team as part of the 125th Anniversary celebrations in 2009, when deciding the lounge’s name last summer.

Perhaps the most influential of all Jim Smith's signings at Derby, Stimac joined the Rams in the 1995/96 campaign from Hajduk Split for £1.57 million.

He went on to help Derby gain promotion to the top flight that season and played a key role in helping to establish the club in the Premier League, as well as quickly becoming a huge favourite with the Rams’ faithful.

Stimac made 93 appearances for Derby before moving on to West Ham United in 1999 and he most recently managed the Croatia national side.
