Derby County's Timi Max Elsnik and Kellan Gordon have joined Sky Bet League 2 side Swindon Town on season-long loan deals.

The duo have linked up with David Flitcroft’s side for the remainder of the campaign as they seek to gain more first-team experience.

Midfielder Elsnik, 19, made his first-team debut at the start of last season after impressing for the Rams’ Under-23s.

He came off the bench to score the winning penalty in the shoot-out victory against Carlisle United in the EFL Cup at Pride Park Stadium, before featuring against Liverpool in the next round.

The Slovenian also came off the bench in last week’s 1-0 Carabao Cup First Round win at Grimsby Town to feature for the first time under Gary Rowett.

Academy graduate Gordon, who is also 19, made his professional debut by coming off the bench against Grimsby last week.

The wideman has been in impressive form for the Under-23s in the early stages of this season and scored in their season-opener at home to Arsenal.

Swindon are currently ninth in League 2 after being relegated at the end of last season.
