Fikayo Tomori has been called up to the England Under-21 squad for their upcoming UEFA European Under-21 Championship Qualifying matches against Andorra and Scotland.


The 20-year-old defender, who won the FIFA U-20 World Cup with England last year, has already made eight appearances for the Under-21s, including the 2-1 win over Latvia in the last international break.

Tomori will report to St George’s Park on Monday 8th October before facing Andorra at the Proact Stadium - home of Chesterfield - on Thursday 11th October, kick-off: 7.45pm.

The Young Lions will then travel to Tynecastle Park on 16th October to face Scotland, kick-off: 5.50pm.

Aidy Boothroyd’s side currently sit at the top of Group D having been undefeated so far in the group stage and sit six points clear of Ukraine and Scotland.
