Derby County return to Pride Park Stadium on Saturday to take on Luton Town in their final fixture ahead of the second international break of the season (kick off 3pm).

Phillip Cocu’s side will look to enter the two-week break having been undefeated in the block of matches since the first break. Here, dcfc.co.uk has gathered all the information you will need ahead of the clash with Graeme Jones’ side.

TEAM NEWS…

The Rams will be without midfielder Tom Huddlestone after he injured his hamstring whilst scoring from the penalty spot against Barnsley on Wednesday night.

Jack Marriott is also a doubt for Saturday having been kept from training with the squad due to a minor muscle injury.

Richard Keogh (knee), Ikechi Anya (calf) and George Evans (thigh) will all be out of action through injury, while Craig Forsyth and Andre Wisdom are still building up their fitness in Under-23s matches after lengthy spells out with knee injuries.

WHAT THE BOSS HAD TO SAY…

Speaking to RamsTV ahead of the game, manger Phillip Cocu said: “It is our goal to get another win at home before the break.

“After the victory against Birmingham last weekend it felt really good and was a big boost for us.

“It was a good game against Barnsley in midweek, the late equaliser kept us from the win but we are very eager to give a good performance as a team on Saturday to try and get another home win.”

He added: “We have to demand from ourselves like we did in the last home game and give everything we’ve got on the pitch. I have no doubt they will do that and that the fans will back us.”
