Derby County is continuing to take the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) extremely seriously with the safety and wellbeing of staff, supporters and customers continuing to be the number one priority.

In line with government advice, the Derby County Ticket Office, presented by SeatGeek, is not currently open for in-person and telephone services, but ticket purchasing remains available online at dcfc.co.uk with no booking fees for online ticket purchases.

With in-person and telephone services unavailable and 2020/21 Season Tickets still on sale, it may be the first time that some supporters have utilised the option to use their online DCFC account.

While Derby County continues to work alongside the football authorities regarding the resumption of the current campaign, the decision was recently made to extend the deadlines for 2020/21 Season Tickets and closing date for ‘Period 1 Sales & Renewals’ is now Tuesday 30th June.

If you’re looking to sign up for the 2020/21 campaign online and don’t know how to do so, here’s our quick guide:



Step 1:

Log in to your account. If you don’t have an account you can register here, if you’ve forgotten your password click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page.

Step 2:

Manage your profile and check that your details are up to date and correct

Step 3:

Check your contact preferences

Step 4:

Manage your friends & family (if renewing additional Season Tickets as well as your own, this allows you to link others to your account)

Step 5:

Select the ‘Tickets’ tab at the top of the page

Step 6:

Select the ‘Season Tickets’ button

Step 7:

Select the ‘Renew Now’ button

Step 8:

Unselect the associated Season Tickets you do not wish to renew

Step 9:

Check you are renewing the correct Row and Seat, then proceed to checkout.

Step 10:

Review contact details then choose a payment method.

Step 11:

Read and agree to the terms and conditions then select ‘PAY’ (make sure you check your order is correct before proceeding to payment)

Step 12:

Enter your billing address details if you chose “online card payment” and submit. If you chose to pay by Direct Debit, fill in you details and submit.

Confirmation:

Once your renewal is processed you will receive a confirmation email for your renewal.
