Derby County winger Kamil Jozwiak has been called up to the Poland national squad for their upcoming international fixtures in March.

Poland start their 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification matches under new management following the appointment of former Swansea City and Leicester City manager Paulo Sousa in January.

He has named his first official squad for the opening three fixtures of the World Cup campaign as they face Hungary, Andorra and England, and Jozwiak is part of that contingent.

Poland travel to the Puskás Aréna in Budapest for the first of those games against Hungary on Thursday 25th March (7:45pm kick off), whilst three days later, they are back on home turf as they entertain Andorra at the Stadion Wojska Polskiego in Warsaw on Sunday 28th March (7:45pm kick off).

Jozwiak will then travel back to England as Poland face Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions at Wembley on Wednesday 31st March (7:45pm kick off).

The winger, who joined Derby from Lech Poznan in September 2020, has nine Polish caps to his name.

He has scored one goal, which came against the Netherlands in the UEFA Nations League in November 2020.

Jozwiak has made 32 appearances for Derby this season, scoring once. That came in a 2-0 victory over Swansea City in December.
