Derby County Women have discovered their opponents for the upcoming 2025/26 FA Women’s National League Northern Premier Division season.


The Football Association have confirmed the Women’s Football Pyramid club allocations for Tiers 1-6 for the 2025/26 campaign, following the completion of the 2024/25 season at Tiers 1 to 7 of the pyramid.

Sam Griffiths’ Derby side finished the 2024/25 season in ninth place in the table, winning six and drawing three of their 22 matches.

Two new teams will be in the league this term with Middlesbrough and Loughborough Lightning gaining promotion from Tier 4, while Halifax have gained a reprieve and will remain in Tier 3.

Departing the league are promoted Nottingham Forest and relegated Stourbridge.

The allocations have been made in accordance with the regulations for the Women’s Football Pyramid.

These allocations are subject to approval at upcoming League AGMs and any subsequent appeals. Any amendments will be confirmed in due course.
