Derby County's Max Johnston has been called up to join the Scotland squad for their 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifying fixtures this month.

Scotland will take part in two World Cup Qualifying matches at Hampden Park in European Qualifying Group C.
They will clash with Greece on Thursday 9th October (7:45pm kick-off) and then face Belarus three days later on Sunday 12th October (5pm kick-off).
Right-back Johnston, 21, has made six appearances for Derby since signing from Austrian side Sturm Graz in August and will be looking to add to his four international caps to date.
He is the fourth Rams player to be called up for international duty this month, alongside Patrick Agyemang (United States of America), Ebou Adams (The Gambia) and Ben Brereton DÃaz (Chile).
