Following his impressive hat-trick for Derby County against Bolton Wanderers last weekend, Mason Mount has been named in the FIFA 19 Team of the Week.

The midfielder has received an in-form card and his upgraded card will now be available on FIFA Ultimate Team.

The 20-year-old recently returned to the squad following a hamstring injury which ruled him out for 10 games.

On his return, he scored once and assisted twice against Rotherham United in a 6-1 victory at Pride Park Stadium before an impressive display against Brentford in the 3-3 draw at Griffin Park.

The midfielder had an afternoon to remember on Saturday as he netted his first hat-trick in English football which took him to 10 goals for the season as the Rams ran out 4-0 winners.

His first goal of the afternoon came during first half stoppage time as he played a neat one-two with Martyn Waghorn and found the corner with a confident finish.

The 20-year-old doubled his tally with a close-range header shortly after the restart whilst he met a pass from Ashley Cole and finished past Remi Matthews on 82 minutes to complete his hat-trick.

Mount is the first Derby player to be recognised since Matej Vydra, who received an upgraded card after his treble against Middlesbrough in a 3-0 victory at the Riverside Stadium last season.

Well done, Mason!
