Interim boss Liam Rosenior has named his Derby County side to face Bradford City at Valley Parade in the Rams’ first pre-season fixture of the summer (3pm kick-off).

It’s expected that players will be playing 45 minutes as they gently ease back into action and build up their match sharpness.

In the first half team, there will be debuts for goalkeeper Joe Wildsmith, winger Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and forward Tom Barkhuizen as they start for the Rams.

Fresh from signing new contracts with the club, Eiran Cashin, Liam Thompson and Curtis Davies all start, too. Max Bird, Jason Knight and Louie Sibley also start for the Rams in the first half.

In the second half, there is more of a youthful looking squad to choose from as Darren Robinson and Carlos Richards will make an appearance, whilst Jack Stretton and Bartosz Cybulski will start in attack.
