Three Lions call Rams striker up for international duty.

Derby County striker Mason Bennett has received a call-up to England’s Under-17 squad for the St George's Park International Tournament later this summer.

England will face Italy, Portugal and Turkey in the St George's Park International Tournament, which runs from 29th August to 2nd September, and matches will be played at Burton Albion, Northampton Town and Hinckley United’s home grounds.

Capped at England Under-16 and Under-17 level, 16-year-old Bennett became Derby County’s youngest-ever player last season aged 15 years and 99 days when he took his place in the starting XI against Middlesbrough.

As a result of the call-up, Bennett will be unavailable for Derby’s home game with Watford on 1st September.
