Due to the international break, only a small number of Derby County players were in action for their respective loan sides this weekend.

Midfielder Luke Thomas continued his impressive form for League One side Coventry City as he helped his side to a 1-0 victory against Wycombe Wanderers.

The 19-year-old played the full 90 minutes as Conor Chaplin’s only goal of the game moved the Sky Blues up to 12th in the division.

Goalkeeper Jonathan Mitchell was an unused substitute in Oxford United’s 2-0 win over Wycombe Wanderers, whilst in League Two, Kellan Gordon was also on the bench for Lincoln City’s 2-6 victory over Port Vale.

Youngsters Ethan Wassall and Matt Yates made their debuts for Hereford FC this weekend and helped their new side pick up a point against Stockport County.

Defender Wassall and goalkeeper Yates played the full 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw at Edgely Park in National League North.
